The Championship Rules

 

The final points totals will be calculated from the best 5.

Any 5 races will count from the championship list. Points will be calculated as previous years with 30 points - 1st, 29 points - 2nd ...... (31-n) - nth place. Again we will be awarding prizes for 1-2-3 in the Main and Ladies championships.

Ties will be decided first by points in races where all tied runners competed, then by total number of Glossopdale competing in counting races with each tied runner.
