The Championship Rules

 

The final points totals will be calculated from the best 5. There are no compulsory races or types.

Any 5 races will count from the championship list. Points will be calculated as previous years with 30 points - 1st, 29 points - 2nd ...... (31-n) - nth place.

Ties will be decided first by points in races where all tied runners competed, then by total number of Glossopdale competing in counting races with each tied runner.

Rankings and final points for the marathon and Marple Parkrun will be based on seasons best times. Therefore, if you do a marathon, it's important to send details to the forum otherwise I will not know to include them!
