Glossopdale Harriers is a well established and friendly athletics club based in the old market town of Glossop in the High Peak District of North West Derbyshire.
Glossop is surrounded by hills and in the summer months most of us like to concentrate our efforts on getting up onto the edges and high moors of Bleaklow, Shelf Moor, Kinder, Glossop Low and the Nab to name a few. We fully appreciate that fell running is not everyone's idea of good fun and many of the club also take part in road running and cross-country. |
