Because of the cancellation of Tanky's, it has been decided to make only the best 5 results count rather than 6. In the event of a tie, a runner who completed 6 races is placed in front of a runner who did not.

The Championship Rules

 

A return to an older format for the main championship this year. The final points totals will be calculated from the best 6. There are no compulsory races or types

Any 6 races will count from the championship list. Points will be calculated as previous years with 30 points - 1st, 29 points - 2nd ...... (31-n) - nth place. Again we will be awarding prizes for 1-2-3 in the Main and Ladies championships.

Rankings and final points for the marathon will be based on seasons best times. Therefore, if you do a marathon, it's important to send details to the forum otherwise I will not know to include them!

A cross country race will be selected nearer the time.
